6.6 GPM – Adjustable Low-Pressure Foam Head
The Suttner ST-75.3 Active Low-Pressure Foam Head is an adjustable nozzle that produces foam by drawing in air when the foam setting is selected, then mixing it with the water-chemical solution when connected to a chemical injector. It is designed to be compatible with water pressure boosting systems, including centrifugal pumps and high-pressure cleaners. This nozzle can be used with an injector that includes a valve to turn the rinse and chemical lines on or off as needed, or with an injector that can switch between multiple cleaning agents. Operators can easily switch the spray pattern between a conical wide spray jet and a long-distance full jet. Plus, it is infinitely adjustable. The housing is constructed with impact-resistant plastic that withstands abuse in heavy-use environments. Corrosion-resistant fluid-handling components help support reliable performance and long service life when used with approved chemicals. It can be used in systems that run up to 363 PSI, 6.6 GPM, and fluids up to 176 degrees Fahrenheit.

Usage Limits & Safety Requirements:
- All system components should be rated to work together. The component with the lowest pressure, temperature, flow, or other operating limit sets the maximum safe operating limit for the entire system.
- ST-75.3 is only approved for use with Group II fluids in accordance with EGV 1272/2008. This can be, for example, water and diluted commercially available cleaning or disinfecting agents.
- All safety regulations and regulations for high-pressure cleaners, such as DIN EN 60335-79-2 and DIN EN 1829-1, must also be followed.
