AXEON S-100 Antiscalant is specially formulated to be highly effective for feed water with the highest levels of metal oxides, silica and scale-forming minerals (hard water). S-100 is effective at a wide range of concentrations and does not flocculate dissolved polymers such as residual coagulants, iron or aluminum rich silica. It can also be used as a substitute for pretreatment with ion exchange beds. Using AXEON S-100 is recommended to reduce the operating as well as capital costs of reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) systems.
